We all go through "stormy weather" experience hardship, struggles, sadness, loneliness. During these times it is very helpful to remember the teachings of the Yoga teachers, past and present self realised personalities who help us by sharing ancient truth, knowledge, insights and spiritual understanding. This is a very deep subject matter, the understanding of which we can prepare for by paving the way with meditation. Mantra yoga cleanses the mind and purifies the heart so that we are better able to understand transcendental information.
