Welcome. Our classes are small, friendly and held in a warm relaxing environment. Check our class schedule for times that suit you. We offer Free Yoga Meditation classes as a community service, Yoga classes for all levels including Gentle Yoga and Guided meditation (Yoga Nidra) This practise reduces stress, anxiety and helps a person to unwind. Studies have shown that the practise of yoga nidra relaxation helps with high blood pressure and asthma. This lovely practise has a beneficial effect on the parasympathetic nervous system helping to calm the mind. Group meditation to music is very enjoyable. Singing has a therapeutic effect on us, helps to release tension and makes us feel good. It’s a great way to keep in shape because you are exercising your lungs and heart. Not only that, your body produces hormones called endorphins which make it so that we ‘feel good’. These hormones are released into the body when we sing. Singing increases lung capacity, can improve posture, clears respiratory tubes and sinuses, and can increase mental alertness through greater oxygenation.For more information on Yoga Meditation leave your details so we can get back to you.
