Fruity Kale Smoothie - Instant nutritious Yoga food


Kale Pineapple Banana Smoothie
  • 2 cups frozen pineapple
  • 2 cups chopped kale
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 Tbs soaked chia seeds
  • 1 - 2 scoops Protein Powder
  • Fresh peppermint leaves

Toss all ingredients into a blender. Blend into a creamy consistency.
